The 2008/2009 Entertainment Book is now available to pre-order through the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. These books sold out last year so we urge you to take advantage of this offer.

Should you wish to secure a 2008/2009 Entertainment Book, please download the Entertainment Book 2008/2009 Order Form ( 177Kb) and forward either via facsimile or by mailing to our office (PMH Foundation, 254 Railway Parade, West Leederville).

The Entertainment Book will be available at the end of May.
