Ruggies Recycling
Ruggies Recycling is a Princess Margare Hospital Foundation fundraising project that helps the environment and WA's sick children.
Ruggies works with companies around WA to coordinate the recycling of waste in WA mine sites. Proceeds from the recycling efforts are then used to fund vital projects at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (PMH) and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
More than 50 mining companies throughout WA are involved in this program and together they have raised almost $1,000,000 for PMH since Ruggies began in 1996.
